Delicee was born on January 25, 1935 in Bastrop, LA and passed away on July 16, 2021 in West Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Ronald “Buddy” Norred; son-in-law, Robert Jacks; sister, Charlene Crew; and parents, Floyd and Fannie Crew.
Delicee is survived by her daughter, Debra Norred-Jacks; son, Ronald “Sonny” C. Norred, Jr. and his wife Gay Norred; grandchildren, Taylor Norred, Ashley Norred, Claire Waggoner and Cole Waggoner; and second daughter, Shannon Meadows.
Delicee loved the good Lord and Swartz Baptist Church, where she was a member for over 60 years. She loved her family, Hallmark Movies, and reading.
