Memorial services for Deborah “Mimi” Dianne Tharpe-Neblo, 59, of West Monroe, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, September, 10, 2022, in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Debi was born on July 26, 1963 in Abbeville, Louisiana and passed from this life on September 1, 2022 at 7:12 P.M. at St. Francis Medical Center. She will forever be loved and missed by many friends and family. Her favorite pastimes were road trips with her sister, going to the casino, staying in hotels, going out to eat, and thrifting, but her favorite “love” was her family.
Debi was preceded in death by her parents, Rosemary and Martin Tharpe Jr.; brother-in-law, David Barlow; sister-in-law, Barbara Tharpe.
Debi is survived by her loving care-giving partner, Tommy Creech; beloved children, Jami Gabrielle Jeffcoat, & Timothy James “T.J.” Jeffcoat; her only grandson, Gabriel James “Gabe” Medina. She also inherited seven grandchildren, Sam, Sebastian, Angela, Santiago, Emma, Victoria, and David; one brother, Randy Tharpe; sisters, Julie Garza and Traci Barlow; nieces and nephews, Garrett “Junebug” Tharpe , Sarah Tharpe, Joni (Joel) Garza-Garcia, Angi (Erik) Garza-Pedraza, Ammi (Carlos) Garza-Guerra, Ernesto (Gaby) Garza, Staci “Pebbles” Garza, Chris Redfern, Chad Redfern, Ricky Redfern, Ashley Sumrall; lifelong friend, Lydia Dunn; aunt, Mary Ann McHan; special niece, Brandi Blazier & family; special “son”, Louie “Meow” Ponce, her special companion Dudley Lab, Rosie; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many other family and friends to cherish her memories who she loved so much!

The family would like to thank Staci, Jeanettte, Rayshawn for all the care and support though the years. Debi was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.
