Memorial services for Dave Gullett, 68 of West Monroe will be held at 4:00 PM, Saturday, February 12, 2011 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Bro. Brian McAllister will be officiating under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Dave was born July 4, 1942 in Portland, Indiana and passed away February 9, 2011 at the Overton-Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident on 9-6-2010. He was retired from the Air Force. He loved riding his Harley, traveling in his sports car, and walking the Pecanland Mall with his friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Susie Gullett; a son, James Gullett and his parents, Robert and Judith Gullett. He is survived by his loving companion of 29 years, Earline Martin; a son, David Gullett Luanne of Phoenix City, AL; step-son, Dennis Jackson Barbara of Caledonia, MS; sister, Joyce Belta; daughter-in-law, Linda Gullett; step-children; Danny Martin Joanie and Becky Mark Ketchell; grandchildren; Zachary, Sara , Jennifer, Kristy, Jenni and Jeff; 7 great-grandchildren; special friends Jack & Ann Schultz. Visitation will be held Saturday, February 12, 2011 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
