Cooper Jameson Lee came into this life three months early and earned his angel wings at the age of 22 days. Although Cooper‚ life here on Earth was short lived, he touched the hearts of so many people and had hundreds of people praying for him whom he had never met. He was loved and adored by so many. Cooper was born in West Monroe, LA and passed away in Shreveport, LA after a courageous battle. He inspired so many by his strong will to live. He was baptized on January 1, 2014. He is survived by his parents: Hayley Henderson and Justin Lee of West Monroe; maternal grandparents Janna and Randy Henderson of West Monroe; paternal grandparents Cheryl and Scott Lee of West Monroe; paternal great-grandmother Gloria Lee of Calhoun; paternal great-grandparents Bill and Mary Henderson of Covington, Georgia and maternal great-grandmother Susanne Minton of Ft. Worth, Texas; aunt Taylor Henderson of Little Rock, AR; aunts and uncles Courtney and Brian Lee of Calhoun, Mike Lee of Calhoun, Carol Brown of Calhoun and Debbie Lee of Calhoun, Billy Henderson of Houston, TX, Cole & Holly Minton of Dallas, TX, Jamie and Scott Ellis of Navarro, Florida, BrynePratho of Aledo, TX, Chandie and MichaelColahan of Dillingham, WA and Kellie Kilmon of Ft. Worth, TXand a host of other family and friends. Cooper was preceded in death and welcomed with open arms in Heaven by his great-grandparents James Lee of Calhoun, Carol and Jim Butler of West Monroe and James Minton of Ft. Worth. Visitation will be Friday, January 24 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home and services will be Saturday, January 25 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home with Rev. JonathanBevil, Pastor Ottis Lenoirand Pastor Artie Beebe officiating. Burial will be at Antioch Cemetery in Eros, LA.The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses of the St. Francis NICU unit and the NICU unit at Willis-Knighton for their wonderful love, care and dedication to Cooper, as well as Artie Beebe with the Ouachita Parish Fire Department for his love and concern over the course of Cooper‚ life.
