Claudette ¨Sandy Craft-Harris 68, cherished wife of C.W., passed away quietly 05/26/06 after a 13 year battle with Heart Disease and Strokes. She was born in Newellton, LA to James Corbett and Lula Prine Craft Sr who Preceeded her in death Sandy was a VERY talented pianist and played for many churches during her lifetime. Her career as an LPN brought her many years of joy. Her patients well being and care were very important to her. Sandy is survived by her loving and devoted husband C.W. Harris of Translyvania, LA. Three daughters, LaRue Mills-Holloway Allen of Morrilton, AR; Lawana Puderer Fletcher of Belle Chase, LA; Teresa Beauvais Victor of Luling, LA. 8 Grandchildren John Mills, Maranda Rios-Blanchard, Teshea Smith, Ryan Puderer, Krystal Thomas-Laing, Erich Puderer, Cierra Beauvais-Smith, and Jennifer Beauvais. 6 Great-Grandchildren – Cora Thomas, Corbett Mills, Rowan Blanchard, Elizabeth Laing, Grant Blanchard and Londyn Smith; 4 Children by Marriage Robert, Barry, Glen and Brenda Harris of Baton Rouge. 3 brothers Braxton Craft of Memphis, TN, J.C. ¨Jimmy Craft of Monroe, LA, Donald Craft of Morrilton, AR. 2 sisters Pauline Brown of Minden, LA and Mildred Anderson of AL. Sister-in-law Joy D. Craft. Numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by daughter Janet Smith-Thomas, her parents and 2 brothers Dalton Keith and Buford Craft. Services for Mrs. Harris will be held Monday, May 29, 2006, 2PM in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe with Brother George Bonner and Carlton Smith officiating. Internment will be at Riverview Cemetery on South Grand St. in Monroe. Pallbearers will be Grandsons and Son-in-laws. Visitation will be Sunday, May 28, 2006 from 6p 8p at the funeral home.
