Cindy was born on February 10, 1962 in Mayfield, Kentucky and passed away on January 12, 2024 in Monroe, Louisiana. She was a clerk for State Farm Insurance. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jimmy Freeman and Truitt Bailey; mother, Catherine Celestine Downs Goatley.
Cindy is survived by her father, Charles Goatley; brother, Eddie Goatley and wife Dianne Goatley; nieces and nephews, Chris Goatley, Hunter Sant, Ethan Goatley, Stefanie Sant, Brandy Goatley, Stacy Goatley, Carlee Parker, Lexie Goatley, Danielle Goatley; special friend, John Crowe and many other cherished family and friends.
