He loved hunting, boating, car racing (drag racing, dirt track racing) and watching NFL.Charles is survived by his wife of 42 years, Susan B. Gross; 4 children, Joshua D. Gross and wife Casey D. Gross and their 2 children, Caydee and Audrey, Samantha G.
