Calvin O’Donnel Donnie WainwrightGraveside services for Calvin O’Donnel Donnie Wainwright, 87, of Farmerville, LA., will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Liberty Hill Taylor cemetery in Farmerville, LA., with Rev. Tommy Bennett officiating. Under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville. Mr. Calvin Wainwright served his country in the United States Army during WWII in the 164th Americal D Company. He retired with over fourty year‚ service as a pipeliner. He loved to hunt and fish but most of all loved his grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Barbara Gaye Wainwright and son, Calvin Donald Wainwright. He is survived by his children, Donnette Bennett and husband Van of Spearsville, LA; Penny Wainwright of Farmerville, LA; and Walter Gregory Wainwright of Farmerville, LA; grandchildren, John Cody Bennett, Dana Donnette Bennett, Barbara Blair Bennett, Velvet Roberts and husband Johnny, Brittany Canterberry and husband Chance, Avery Wilson and husband Jerome, Charles O’Donnel Martin and wife Candi, and Matthew Alexander Podosek; great-grandchildren, Dusty and Savanah Roberts, Katy Ezell, Luke and Bella Martin; with numerous nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be Kelby Ouchley, Rusty Crawford, Steve Craighead, Brian Nyegaard, Terry Cole, David Wainwright, and Johhny Roberts.Honorary Pallbearers will be close friends, Jerald Savage, Mike Rabun, Truman Hicks, Joe Cusimano, Gary Albritton, and the entire “Farmerville Drug Crew”.Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville.
