I now live in Mississippi, but met Bro. Shoemaker when he came to Landmark to hold services for the residents. My late mother, Berly Gray, enjoyed those services so much and my late husband and I were privileged to attend with her. May God bless all of you with the comfort and peace that can only come from Him.

Brother Eddy was one of the greatest prayer warriors I have ever met. Daily, he spent long hours in prayer for others. Praying with such dedication and passion is work, hard work! But Brother Eddy gladly laid down his life for the hurting and lost and sought God in all things. What a wonderful example and reflection of Christ you have been to us, Brother Eddy.

Eddy was my brother-in-law for close to 30 years. He married myself and Fabiola in 1995. He dedicated his entire life to serving our Lord Jesus Christ, to being a husband, to being a father, and to helping others in time of grief and sadness. Now I grieve for my sister, Anne, Ethan, And those of us who are going to miss Eddy so tremendously. Eddy said he was going to “live till I die “. He has inspired me to deepen my relationship with Christ and to make sure that is my first priority in life. I cannot describe the sadness and grief I feel for this loss
