To: The Children of Mrs. Bonnie Allen Peel From: The Beulah Houston Family At 97 years old and in her present state, I'm afraid my mother-in-law cannot fully comprehend what has taken place with your mother's passing, but on her behalf and my own as well, I extend to you all our warmest condolences. For the 43 years I have been part of the Houston Family, I never once heard Ms Bonnie's name mentioned in a negative light. She was always presented in a positive way, appreciative for ways in which Ms Bonnie shared her goodness. When I came to know Ms Bonnie very early in my marriage, I quickly grew to admire her warm and pleasing personality and high taste. Certain qualities I saw in her were, indeed, worth emulating. Now, on a very personal note, let me say this: At such a time as this, it is not easy to find the right words to say, but from someone who has also lost both parents, I say this: Think not of what you have lost but think and be thankful for what she has gained.
