:) a phone call from you or Mother would sure hit the spot, brother. 13 years flew without you. And I still ride on in remembrance of how well you loved, how well you sought to keep laughter alive, how well you communicated in the intentionality of phone calls, and how well you made sure no one ever felt alone. Crazy how no one seeks to make those priorities anymore. Def was the secret sauce of life.

There is no communication of healthy relational currencies without you and Mother being gone. Continues to be a vast deficit in not just my cell device, but in every crevice of my Heart. Though grief be thick and hope be frail....I do hope you are taking Brilliant care of Mother :) Going to be a miracle if I make it through these anniversary death dates. They bring no new memories like you would do or like mother would do. They only keep the negative ones in play 24 hours a day for 72 plus months...so it's no wonder grief be thick and hope stay stale and frail. Missing you both and your organizational communication and quick-witt is quite an understatement. For we did it well and with purpose bigger than the present. I keep praying for the same purity. Keep being good to my Momma! She deserved the world for who she was...As did you. I love you.

I miss my phone not ringing in the rhythm of love you and Mother made certain to do and be day in and day out. I miss it something fierce. I miss you both something fierce. Could use the humor and avid advice of affirming strength that fueled so much positivity within all the crevices of my heart. A Purity like no other. I love you, brother. Shine Glimpses down to light my way through the Pure ones. It is a long lost art. Especially within the response to my Asthma. Wish we were at track betting a horse just for fun and the sake of memories. And we always knew you knew how to win to take me for a spin to sit at the dock of Fisherman's Wharf or Sam's Pizza pub. That's only because you would have had your fill from McClards BBQ or from Barbara's fried chicken and BBQ sauce, Ha! And from Rocky's Pizza. No one is those simple memories for or with me anymore. But miss your calls and messages most. You were the Glue to how someone should be valued for who they are. You made that Glue so Concrete. I love you for it so very much. Till the next time I write. I'll try not to be so sad, but it's really hard and impossible some days. You were the real deal. I love you so much, brother. Take care of my precious Momma like you always do :) she was the apple of my eye in caring for her so long. My best moments of Honor to her and my practical worship to the Lord were by having made her the apple of my eye. Thank you for always treating her like the Word: A true friend sticketh closer than a brother." You mirrored that with excellence as she tried to do for you. My Gratitude will never cease; it will only increase. Wowed at how the Lord used you in her life to make His presence known by her well-being. Thank you so very much for being who you were and not who others wanted you to be.

My name is Wayne Mosley and I am from Chatham. I guess most of the family remember me since Billy and I went to see all of you at one time or another. I want to offer my most sincere condolences to all the family. I have spent time with Bill's dad in Arkansas and had my feet stuck under his mother's table many times. I always enjoyed being with his brothers and his sister, Linda Sue. Billy Wayne and I were close friends from school through college and up until he progressed so high in his job that we didn't get to see each other unless he came to Chatham. Billy and I played ball togather, went to movies, and tried to date girls that had a friend for the other one. We lived a short time in West Monroe in a beat up old trailer until he got an apartment. I still managed to stay there some of the time. Bill was sort of like a big brother to me I guess. He gave me advise on how to talk to people, how to dress, and Financial advice which I always needed. Billy Wayne was my oldest best friend. I didn't get to see him often, but I felt as close to him if I saw him 1 year and 3 or 4 years later. Billy was Billy and I always knew that if I needed advise or help he was there to talk to. Everyone was blessed to count Billy Wayne Taylor as a friend. People are lucky if they can count their really close friends on one hand. Billy Wayne was certainly on my hand. One thing more I want to mention. Bill was my best man at my wedding on September 24, 1976 and Glenda and I have made it 31 years. So everyone, we may not be able to see Billy Wayne as we once did but we can still talk to him, listen, and in our hearts we will know what he would say

To the beloved family, I want to express my deepest sympathy for the tragic loss of a wonderful person and a very dear friend. I worked with Bill for many years at Troy and Nichols, Chase and Dime and have many fond memories of our working relationship over the years. Bill was a very caring person who always provided for his employees and associates; he will be forever missed by many people in this community.

I went to work for Bill in March of 1983;there were only four people in his Correspondent Department then. He was the best boss I ever had and I will truly miss him. In July 1992 I re-married and moved to Shreveport, Louisiana but had the opportunity to see Bill 3 1/2 years ago. Same Bill, always caring and a truly genuine honest person. He was responsible for my career in the Mortgage Business and I will for ever be greatful to him. This is a huge loss and to my dear friend Charlotte Evans his cousin: "Life Goes On" God Bless all of his family and he will be in my prayers as well as the family.

A Rare Jewel, I was devastated when my former co-worker @ Chase e-mailed me of Bill passing. I worked with Bill at Chase for about three years and although I didn't have daily contact with him I knew enough from my co-workers who had been there longer to know if I ever needed to talk Bill would make himself available. He was a true gentleman and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends and of course to Jolie. Rest in Peace Bill

I am sorry for the loss of someone so special not only to his family but to his friends and co-workers. I worked with Bill at T&N, Chase and Dime. When WAMU laid everyone off, though Bill did not owe the employees anything he cared enough to see to it that each one had a job when he started Irwin and again when he started Affiliated he found a place for each one. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathies go out to all of Bill's family and his extended work family. I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Bill in 1982, when I worked at Uni-Fed Savings and Loan in Vidalia, LA. We were the first correspondent that Bill signed on with Troy-Nichols. Bill was truly a wonderful person inside and out. He went the extra mile to help out so many people, when times were tough. I know as a family all will miss him dearly, but knowing that he is a true angle now, may help over time.

A gentleman, a friend, a joy to be around, a fellow-Bichon lover . . . my husband, Bob, and I will dearly miss our "old" neighbor. Bill lived just down the street from us at Squire Creek. Our lives became intertwined when we realized we both owned Bichon's, and the friendship grew from there. Many delightful hours were spent with Bill at Friendly Friday, at dinners at the club, and at neighborhood gatherings. All of us were looking forward to his return to Squire Creek. What a void his passing will leave. Bob and I extend our heartfelt sympathy to all of you.

From the first time I met him over a fried turkey in Monroe at Troy & Nichols until I saw him just a few weeks ago, he was the same. Never ruffled, always friendly, a person you would go out of you way to say hello to and find out how he was doing. We have lost a fine man but will never lose our memories of him. My deepest condolences to his family.

Bill, you were one of the nicest people I've met. Even though you managed many people and wielded significant power in your career you always took the time to think of others and most of all stay humble. I was always taken by how you were always caring and fair in dealing with employees. Also, your sense of humor will be missed and even though I'm a city boy I've added "that dog won't hunt" to my vocabulary. You will surely be missed. Rest easy and God bless you, Chuck
