Billy was born November 14, 1928 in Downsville, LA and passed away October 21, 2021 in Monroe. He was preceded in death by brother Huey Watson and Grady Watson; and sister Gloria Glazier. Billy loved his family and spending time picking up cans.
Billy is survived by his brother, Harry Watson and wife Mavis; sister Jamie Sue Bayles; brother Dolan Watson and sisters LaRue Burroughs and Edna Pearson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
