He is preceded in death by his parents, Ruby and Charles Sturgis; 7 brothers and 1 sister.Billy loved to fish, hunt and work in his garden.Billy is survived by his wife of 60 years, Frances Banks Sturgis; children, Kim Sturgis and wife Sherry, Barbie Rowe and husband Bobby, Richard Sturgis and wife Natalie; grandchildren, Shane Griffin, Exene Sturgis, Orion Sturgis, Kimberly Sturgis, Candie Sturgis and Tommy Bargery; 11 great-grandchildren and a great-grandchild he loved and raised, Jerry Sturgis.A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com
