Services for Bill Hancock, 74, of West Monroe, LA will be held 2:00 PM Monday, April 4, 2011 at Crossroads Baptist Church, Crossroads, LA. Brother Andy Johnson will be officiating. Interment will follow at Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Bill was born July 17, 1936 in Columbia, LA and went to be with the Lord April 1, 2011. Mr. Hancock was a retired car salesman and loved to fish. Bill was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is preceded in death by father and mother, James and Naomi Hancock; and brothers Billy Ray and Curtis Hancock. He is survived by wife of 32 years, Susie; two sons Michael and wife Cindy of North Carolina and Toby and wife Jennifer of West Monroe; one daughter Lori and husband Rusty of Luna; brothers O. C. and Lester Hancock; sisters, Jean Stuart and Muriel Dean Wallace; seven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. A special thanks to the staff of West Monroe Guest House for the care given to him. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Crossroads Baptist Church, Crossroads, LA.
