Funeral services for Betty Fowler Loyd, 75, of Natchitoches, LA will be 2:00 PM Thursday, April 27, 2006 at Sharon Baptist Church near Dubach, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Caroll Holmes. Interment will be at Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Loyd passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2006. She was a native of Claiborne Parish and resided in Natchitoches Parish for over 50 years. Mrs. Loyd was a member of Sharon Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Loyd and her sister Marcie Fowler Barnett. She is survived by two daughters, Terry Loyd Hrapmann and husband Robert John of Natchitoches, Tracy Loyd Dickson and husband Tony David of Natchitoches; grandchildren, Jana Hrapmann Goodwin and husband Jay of Midway, KY, John Loyd Hrapmann, David Owen Dickson, and Daniel Loyd Dickson all of Natchitoches; great grandchildren, Jaycee and Jaydyn Goodwin of Midway, KY; brother, John Revis Fowler and wife Patsy of Sharon Community, LA; several nieces, nephews and extended family. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society. Pallbearers will be Bobby Hrapmann, John Hrapmann, Tony Dickson, Danny Dickson, Allison Scott, and Jason Fowler Walker. Honorary pallbearers will be Revis Fowler, Tommy Scott, David Dickson, and Jay Goodwin. Visitation will be 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday, April 26, 2006, at the Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, LA.
