Betty B. Franklin, 80, of Dubach LA passed away on Monday, September 25, 2017 in Ruston, LA.Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Mineral Springs Baptist Church under the direction of Kilpatrick Home of Ruston, LA. Rev. Greg Tipton will officiate. Interment will follow at Mineral Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 26, from 5-8 PM at Mineral Springs Baptist Church.Betty was a member of Mineral Springs Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Leona Bearden; sister, Jettie Lee Frasier; and niece, Sandra Kyle. Survivors include her husband, Richard H. Franklin of Dubach, LA; daughters: Sylvia Franklin Bradshaw and husband, Dan, of Portland, TN; Jeanne Franklin of Dallas, TX, and Paula Franklin of Dubach, LA; grandsons: Devin Bradshaw and wife, Katie, and Dillon Bradshaw; brothers: Lester Bearden and wife, Pat, of Downsville, LA and Stein Bearden and wife, Maxine, of Farmerville, LA; sister: Tennie Kyle and husband, Dennis, of Farmerville, LA; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.Pallbearers will be Tony Billberry, Phillip Billberry, Will Billberry, Brent Franklin, Joey Butt, and Donald Franklin.Memorials may be made to Mineral Springs Baptist Church Building Fund.Onliine condolences may be made to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com
