Funeral Services for Beth Ann Smith, age 19, of Farmerville, LA., will be held at 2:00 p.m.Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville, LA. Officiating will be Rev. David Martin. Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery. Beth Ann was a member of the Hopewell Baptist Church, she was Valedictorian of Farmerville High School in 2005 and currently attending LA Tech University in the Medical Technology field where she was on the Deans List. Beth loved all of her friends and never met a stranger. She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Clinton A. Smith and Russell E. James. She is survived by her parents Randy and Judy Smith of Farmerville, LA; maternal grandmother Essie Mae James of Chesapeake, VA; paternal grandmother, Betty A. Smith of Farmerville, LA; brother Brad Smith of Farmerville, LA; best friend and sister, Jana Clower and husband Jeremy and niece Mallory Clower all of Okinawa, Japan; boyfriend, P.J. Ramsey and his mother Chantay Ramsey and her husband Kenneth and their daughter Anna Marie Ramsey, her best friend Madison Barton and her parents Kerry and Scott Barton of Farmerville, LA; their children Taylor and Alex Barton, all of whom Beth Ann adored; other special friend Pagan Peaks; and a host of Uncles, Aunts and friends. Pallbearers will be Aaron Rogillio, John Anderson, Jeremy Newsom, Ryan Darden, Seth Barron and James Franklin. Honorary Pallbearers will be Madison Barton, Jamie Myers, Jessie Myers, Pagan Peaks, Leeann Cole and Lacy Adams. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2006, 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville, LA. Memorials may be made to the LA. Baptist Children≠s Home or Saint Judes Children≠s Hospital.
