Memorial services for Andrew C. Hawthorne will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Old Bethel Cemetery in Clarks, LA with Jason Ramsey officiating.
Andrew was born December 21, 1964 in West Monroe, LA and passed away there on March 20, 2021. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bobby C. Hawthorne. He is survived by his father, Andrew J. Hawthorne and wife Dena; sister, Charla Hawthorne, and many extended family members and beloved friends.
Andrew was an artistic soul. His world, including friends, revolved around music, photography, and the magic of all things creative.
His career and sense of adventure led him across the globe. His last professional roles were as part of the entertainment industry where he worked on movies & television shows, including a long running stint as part of NCIS: New Orleans.
Andrew was a lover of people and made connections that lasted a lifetime, even when time and distance prevented face to face interactions. He was loved and will be missed by many.

My deepest condolences to Andrews family. I will never forget this beautiful human being who I met one summer in 1991 when he came to Florida to visit his friend Sharon. We met and hit it off overnight we hung out on the big hammock on the beach with friend enjoy drinks and conversation. Andrew came with me to my first concert which was the B-52's one of the best times of my life. We exchange letters after he went back home exchanged cassette tapes. We eventually lost contact and re-connected last year thru facebook. Andrew was always very dear to my heart and left a huge impact on my early adult life. I am so sorry he was taken so early I would have loved to go to a concert again with him. You will never be forgotten and always be close to my heart as the kind and genuine chill guy the handsome guy with long hair and the John Lenon glasses. I love you Andrew someday we will meet again. See you on the other side
