My humble condolences to AL’s family. I’ve known the family since 13 yrs young, they’re family. AL will be missed, we had fun growing up attending rodeos, swimming in the Wall’s pond, racing cars, watching AL build cars and repair so many others cars/trucks. May Your family find Peace in knowing God hears our prayers, sending love, courage, strength and blessings to all the family. AL and I talked through many messages and he always made me laugh, going to miss greatly my brother. Until we meet again, hold my place in Heaven my brother, loved You then, love You still.

At peace for AL but heartbroken for My dear Aunt Frances. There are no right words but HE is still on the throne and now another son goes before us and enters his true home. Loved him dearly because he was family. One of my fondest memories of AL is watching him sit on the floor at my daddy feet (who was dying of cancer) and rubbing lotion on his legs and just talking to him and cherishing each moment he had with him. He loved my daddy with all his heart and seeing the care he gave my father made me see him in a very special light. Rest in the arms of Christ now...cuz. No more pain or sorrow...just JOY. Hug my momma and daddy for me! Tess

Libby Smith left a message on July 13, 2021:
I am so lost for words. My heart hurts for the entire family of AL's. We literally "grew up" together and I know how close these siblings are and the love they all have for each other. They were raised by loving, Christian parents who loved each and every child with all their hearts. Having moved out of West Monroe, I haven't had much contact with AL or the family but my love for them has never altered. We have a beautiful, kind, loving, Christian daughter together, DeAnna Tracy, whom I know he loved as much as his other children. May God continue to walk beside you all and give you strength to endure this pain. Forever in my heart...Love, Libby

To Candice, Marjorie and Daniel, I know all too well the pain you’re feeling. My prayer is that God will give you the comfort, strength, peace and understanding that’s needed during this difficult time in your lives. AL was like family to us, just as you all are. I love you all and send my sincere condolences to you and the family.
