Interment will follow at Corinth Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.Mrs. Brazzel was born October 14, 1932 in Spearsville, LA. She worked at Terzia Rental in Ruston for 20 years until she retired at age 80. Wilma loved her boss, Buddy and his family; in fact they became her family. She also loved her church family at New Hope Baptist Church in Choudrant, LA and especially her Pastor, Dwayne Monk and his family. Wilma loved being with her family, going out to eat and especially playing Rook every Friday night with her family. She loved life and everyone loved her. Her latest love was her little niece, Sonnie Marye Vinson.she loved listening to her talk and just giving her some hugs and kisses. She is preceded in death by her parents: Claude and Sally Lou Rockett; husband: Thomas L. Brazzel; daughters: Donna Brazzel and Anita Kelley; granddaughters: April Dance and Lana Cross; grandson: Eric Beavers, 3 sisters; and 2 brothers.Mrs. Brazzel is survived by sister: Saundra and husband Jack Bays of Summerfield, LA; son-in-law: Kim Kelley of Bernice, LA: daughter: Pam Dance of Ruston, LA; grandson: Jed Dance of Pineville, LA; son: Jerry Cross and wife Cindy of Shreveport; daughter: Sherri Campbell and husband Scott of Duson, LA; grandson: Hunter Campbell of Duson, LA; stepdaughter: Maggie Jean Prey and husband Paul of Redford, Michigan; stepdaughter: Ann Tinsley and husband Sonny of Abbeville, LA; stepson: Ronnie Brazzel and wife Loretta from Lafayette, LA; granddaughter: Chasity Taylor and husband Jonathan of Lowell, Arkansas; granddaughter: Connor Cross of Shreveport and many nieces and nephews.
