Hugh and Ruth Gamble left a message on July 12, 2019:
We are so sorry to hear of the passing of a very special friend and teacher. We were honored to be in the very first round dance. class Willis and Virginia taught. That were such fun instructors and so patient. They were very generous with their time — having extra classes on Sundays at the Bradford’s so we could advance more quickly. We fondly remember his dancing demos and instructions always ended with”and whatever” . With kind regards to the family.
Jerry & Frances Stinson left a message on July 10, 2019:
Willis and Virginia were co-instructors for the 3D Round Dance Club in Monroe. Frances and I worked with them for many years teaching dancing and we shared many dancing experiences in Monroe and around the state. They were active in the Louisiana Round Dance Teachers Association. Willis was always a patient instructor with a pleasant disposition. Willis and Virginia enjoyed years of dancing together.

So sorry for your loss. My mother, Mary Carpenter, met Willis and Virginia while participating in Senior Olympics. We were very fond of them.
