W. B. Bill Sudduth, Jr. was born on August 4, 1935 in New Iberia, LA to the union of W.B. and Mary Sudduth, Sr. and went to be with Savior on December 14, 2017 in Ruston, LA.He was a devoted father and grandfather who loved to spend time with his family. His hobbies were woodworking building any type of construction and took great pleasure in gardening. He was an avid fan of Nascar and football. He was a S.F.C. in the Army National Guard and was an active duty recruiter for the HHC 528th Engineer Batallion in Monroe, LA. He was a former corrections officer for the State of Louisiana. He retired as a security guard at Century Link.He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Mary Sudduth, one sister, Carol Ann Sudduth and granddaughter, Laura Elizabeth Aaron.He is survived by his children, Pamela Sudduth and son, Eddie Sudduth; grandchildren, Andrew J. Bostelmann and Lara, Matthew Aaron and Michael Aaron all of West Monroe; brother, Kenneth Sudduth and wife Polly, Rosemary Rhodes and husband Jack all of Mississippi; sister-in-law, Kathy Stanley; nieces and nephews, Suzie, Sharon, Stacey, Cindy, Holly, Todd, Justin, Landon and Lane as well as a host of other family and friends.A private memorial service will be announced at a later date.
