Graveside services for William “Bill” Dykes, 69 of West Monroe will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Rodney Sanders will be officiating under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Mr. Dykes was born November 7, 1942 in Clarks, LA and passed away June 20, 2012 in West Monroe. Mr. Bill retired with seventeen years of service with Trailways Bus Company. He was preceded in death by his son, Billy Warren Dykes and parents, William Dykes Sr. and Mary Dykes. Mr. Dykes is survived by his wife Carol Dykes; daughter-in-law, Tammy Dykes Causey; 3 grandchildren; Casey Dykes, Jackson Dykes and Kallie Causey; 2 brothers; Henry Dykes and Kenneth Dykes. Visitation will be held Friday from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
