Skeet was born March 9, 1936 in Delhi, Louisiana and passed away on June 26, 2020 in West Monroe, Louisiana. He was a member of Peniel Baptist Church. Skeet retired as a mechanic. He is preceded in death by his wife, Francis Jean Odom Auttonberry; parents, James R. and Matilda Wade Auttonberry; siblings, Jessie Auttonberry, Mae Pickett, Leslie Auttonberry, Barnet Auttonberry, Robert Auttonberry, Eddie Auttonberry, Effie Auttonberry and Ethel Brown.
Skeet is survived by his two sons, Ronald Auttonberry and wife, Cindy, and Lynell Auttonberry and wife Tonya; brother, Dub Auttonberry; grandchildren, Nick Auttonberry, Matt Auttonberry, Stormy Chricerol, and L. J. Auttonberry and seven great grandchildren; many other cherished family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Nick Auttonberry, Matt Auttonberry, Lynn Brown, Chris Johnson, Shane Johnston, and Benny Brown.
