It is my privilege to have Wanda as a dear friend. She helped me with many teaching projects and decorations. A very gifted person., she could draw anything I needed for my classroom door, she could sing and play beautifully, make beautiful flower arrangements, cook, fish, hunt, build, and just make you feel at home. Things that came naturally to her were monumental to me. For example, I had never learned to paddle a boat, but she taught me. I had never taken a chemistry class, and she tutored me. She was a good listener and never dwelled too long on depressing things. Life was to be lived, and this good woman lived it! I love you and your family, my dear friend.

Isaiah 40: 28-31Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is God from of old, creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary, and his knowledge is beyond scrutiny. He gives power to the faint, abundant strength to the weak. Though young men faint and grow weary, and youths stagger and fall, They that hope in the Lord will renew their strength, they will soar on eagles wings; They will run and not grow weary, walk and not grow faint.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

A woman that demand respect and never had a problem getting it from her students. She walked tall and carried a rubber hose! During a downpour at recess one day Neil held me under the end of a walkway gutter. I was soaked and sent out of my next class to sit in the hall. Mrs. Barron passed by, looked at me shivering in the hall shook her head and kept walking. About 5 minutes later she reappeared with a towel, put it on my head and quickly towel dried my hair. It shocked me, but she just said it was to cold to have a wet head and if Neil ever did that to me again kick him in the %. RIP Wonder Woman

You are all in my thoughts and prayers. There are no words to describe how much I loved Sue. All the fun times we had staying up all night putting puzzles together and going to yard sales are sweet memories I will cherish forever. I will miss her.
