Walter L. Brantley Funeral Services for Mr. Walter L. Brantley., 68 of Marion, LA., will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, July 22, 2013, at Haile Baptist Church in Haile, LA. Officiating the service will be Rev. Mike Murray. Interment will follow in Brantley cemetery in Spearsville, LA., under direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville. Mr. Brantley was born on September 10, 1944 and passed away on July 18, 2013. He is preceded in death by his wife, Olla Brantley: one son, Bobby Brantley: parents, Arthur Brantley and Grace Brantley, four brothers, William J. Brantley: Charles A. Brantley: Joe R. Brantley: and Carl W. Brantley. Survivors are one son: Roy Brantley, two grandchildren: Lee Ann Brantley, Kathern Brantley, five sisters and two brothers, Jean Desadier of Lake Providence, LA; Fro Banner of Kirbyville, TX; Maude Rogers of Farmerville, LA. Glenda Johanneson of Pollock, LA; Pat Reid of Brookeland, TX; Fate Brantley of Marion, LA; Louis Brantley of Marion, LA; and many nieces and nephews.
