Valerie Maddox passed away on March 17, 2020 at her residence. A private memorial gathering will be held for family.

She was born on November 28, 1956 in Lake Charles, LA. Valerie graduated from  Louisiana Tech University. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Julia Bogan.

Valerie is survived by her husband Mark Maddox of Farmerville, LA; sister, Cynthia Bryd Ward (William); brother, Stephen Register; brother-in-laws, Ernie Maddox (Vickie); and Bill Maddox; also numerous nieces and nephews.
