Wayne Whiteside will officiate under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Tim was born August 10, 1959 in Monroe and passed August 23, 2018 in West Monroe. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Loyd and Nellie Cassels and Minor and Amberdale Patterson.
