Thomas is survived by his life partner Janet Clark; mother Doris Cloud; sons Thomas Meachum and Alan Meachum; brother Kenny Cloud and wife Jennifer; nieces Courtney Cloud and Kaitlyn Cloud; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
