Funeral services for Theresa “Terri” Sutter, 89, of Monroe, Louisiana will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at New Light Baptist Church, Monroe.  Bro. Lindle Stewart will officiate.  Interment will follow at New Light Baptist Church Cemetery under the care and direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes in West Monroe.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until time of service.

Terri was born January 21, 1935, in Lamar County, Texas and passed away May 2, 2024, in Monroe, Louisiana.  She loved making people smile and cooking for her friends and family.  Terri was a member of the New Light Baptist Church and served on the hospitality committee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alton Sutter and parents, Lester and Delpha Wisenor.

Terri is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Dauzat and her husband Sammie, Cheryl Brossette and her husband Lee, Connie Nolan and her husband Mike; grandchildren, Brittany Nolan, Jeremy Brossette, Christopher Brossette, Jessica Cooper; sister, Clois White; special family friends, Tammy Whitehead and her husband Todd and Cindy Simon; along with many other cherished family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Sammie Dauzat, Lee Brossette, Brian Broussard and Logan Copper.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the New Light Baptist Church, Monroe.
