Sue B. ElliottFuneral services for Sue Buckley Elliott, 84, of Downsville, LA, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at Downsville United Methodist Church in Downsville, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Carolyn Volentine and Billy Franks. Interment will follow in Downsville Cemetery.Mrs. Elliott was a charter member of Downsville United Methodist Church, she was also a member of U.M.W. and the Sada Carey Sunday school class. She is preceded in death by her husband; Merle Elliott.She is survived by her daughters, Linda E. Scott of Shreveport, LA; Suzonne Franks and husband Billy of Caney Lake, LA; brothers and sisters, Annie Lee Brazzel of Farmerville, LA; Harry Buckley of Linville, LA; Carrie Lou Cook of Fairbanks, LA; grandchildren, Trey Scott; Jody Scott & wife Kelly; Ryan Scott & wife MeShawn; Lindsay Harris; great-grandchildren, Caylan Scott; Dylan and Cade Scott; and Jared Scott. A Special friend Rowena Patterson of Downsville, LA and several special nieces and nephews.Family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Holly Kidd for the care of their loved one. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Patterson; Fred Hamilton; Harry Hinton; Doug McGehee; Johnny McFarland; James B. Guice.
