Sharon was born June 9, 1943, in California and passed away May 9, 2024, in West Monroe, Louisiana. She owned Quinlan Saw Shop, a small engine business in Quinlan, Texas. Sharon was preceded in death her sons, Jeffrey Scott Newton, Brian Keith Lanningham; step-son, Frank Norris Dewey III; parents, Fred and Gwen Walker.
Sharon is survived by her husband of 39 years, Frank Norris Dewey, Jr.; son, John Andrew Newton Jr. and his wife Tracy of Las Vegas; step-son, Curtis Dewey and his wife Renee; step-daughters, Melissa Hewitt and her husband Greg, Karissa Dewey; step-daughter-in-law, Qun (Tren) Peng; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and many other cherished family and friends.
