Graveside services will be offered for Sarah Beth Wilhite Bearden at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 24, 2020 at Wilhite Cemetery, Wilhite, LA. Lay Minister Bobby Taylor will officiate under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Sarah was born September 5, 1935 in Wilhite, LA. She was the 6th of 8th children born to Oscar and Clarice (Bullock) Wilhite. Sarah passed away Tuesday, October 20 , 2020 at 6:00 PM.
Sarah was married to Garland E. Bearden. They had 2 daughters Deborah and Terri. Sarah had a joyful spirit and loved to laugh, loved music, loved her family, and was very dear to everyone that was fortunate to know her.
Sarah is preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Clarice Wilhite, her husband, Garland E. Bearden, her brothers and sisters, Eloise Beckham, Pauline Wilhite, Betty Rothermel, Bobby Wilhite, Bonnie Sturgis and Dan Wilhite.
Sarah is survived by her daughters Deborah Stacey (Mike), Terri Bearden (Jay), her sister, Kay Correro (Tony), her grandchildren; Allison Hatfield (Jason), Kevin Stacey (Danielle), Melissa Bordelon (Michael), Dusty Monk, and Cory Bearden (Hope); her great- grandchildren Olivia, Ben and Luke and Sam Hatfield, Kate and Jack Stacey, Elise Stacey, Christian Hazelton, Marlee Bordelon, IvyRose, Farrah, John, and Heath Bearden; sister-in-law Christine Bearden and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
The family would like to thank all the family, friends and staff at Glenwood Hospital for the support and prayers received while Mama was sick.
