Funeral services for Sandra Stephens Farrell Garrett will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 25, 2020 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home ~ West Monroe. Rev. Glenn Lenard will officiate. Interment will follow at Christ Church Cemetery in Bastrop, Louisiana. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home ~ West Monroe.
Sandra was born on January 22, 1942 in Bastrop, Louisiana and passed away on November 22, 2020 in Monroe, Louisiana. She is preceded in death by her son, Jason Charles Farrell; first husband, Dudley Farrell; 2nd husband, Dr. Henry Flood Madison Garrett; parents, Lottie and Herman Stephens.
Sandra is survived by her granddaughter, Tiffany Farrell Dodson and husband Christian; great-granddaughters, Eleanor and Bexlee Dodson; sisters, Rita Yeldell and husband Don, Shirley Montgomery and husband Fred, Lynn Montemarano; step-son, Matt Garrett and wife Sherry; step-daughter, Beth Neshiem and husband Eric; adopted son, Rob Vanderford; numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family and friends.
