Funeral services for Sammie Pace, 62, of Haile, LA will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville. Officiating will be Rev. Mike Murray assisted by Johnny Legg. Visitation will be held Friday, January 6, 2017 from 5:00 P.M to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Liberty in Linville Cemetery in Linville, LA under direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville.Mr. Pace was born on January 17, 1954 in Farmerville, LA, and passed away on January 3, 2017 in Monroe, LA after a lengthy illness. He worked for Dow Chemical for thirty three years, loved his shop, friends and time he spent with his grandsons. He is preceded in death by his father Ernest Pace Jr., and daughter, Bethany Pace.Survivors include his wife of thirty one years Theresa Bradshaw Pace of Haile, LA; daughter, Mallory Sellers and husband Caleb of Haughton, LA; son, Cody Pace of Haile, LA; and two grandsons, Brayden and Mason Sellers, mother, Barbara Pace of Linville, LA; brothers, Kenny Pace and wife Iris of Carthage, TX; Stevie Pace and wife Sue of Dean, LA; sister, Sue Lynn Perodeau and husband Bob of Linville, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be Roy Jones, Roger Baker, Hank Snell, Ricky Bradshaw, Kirk Bradberry, and Jerry Owens.Honorary Pallbearers will be Dicky Roberson and Shane Benson.Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.comKilpatrick Funeral HomeFarmerville, LA.
