Ronnie was born on October 21, 1956 in Monroe, LA and died Friday, July 24, 2020 in Shreveport, LA.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy Kelley of Ruston; daughter, Tanya Kelley (Timothy) of Choudrant, LA; son, Josh Kelley (Melissa) of Choudrant, LA; grandchildren, Dylan, Gunner, Shooter, and Kassidy; siblings, Lloyd Kelley of Monroe, LA, John Paul Kelley of Ruston, LA and Charles Kelley of Lake Charles, LA; numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
