Funeral services for Roma Dean will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville, LA. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. till time of service. Interment will follow in Rocky Branch Cemetery in Rocky Branch, LA.Roma Lee Dean, 96, of Farmerville, LA went to be with the Lord on April 18, 2019. She was born on April 2, 1928 to Andrew and Emma Schreck in Canute, Ok, and married Toney Dean in 1945 and lived in Rocky Branch for over 70 years. She was a homemaker, she loved gardening and working in her yard, enjoyed hunting, and fishing, until her health declined then moved to Queen City, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband Toney Dean and sisters, Jenell White, Charlotte Howard, 2 brothers, David Schreck and Garland Schreck.She is survived by 3 sisters, Chiquita and husband Roy Draper, Caroline Crenwelege, Wynona Teague, also many nieces, and nephews who loved her, she will be missed by all her family and friends that loved her.Pallbearers will be Edward Sawyer, Bill Brown, Mark Odom, Rick Dean, Billy Gardner, and Mitchell Gardner.
