Mr Welch hired me at the Ruston Post Office in 1996 .He was my Postmaster for many years. I very much enjoyed working for him and getting to know him. He was a kind and caring man. I even bought a set of golf clubs from him that I used for many years. I always enjoyed talking to him after his retirement, usually at Trade Days in Arcadia. My condolences to his family.
