Woods Watson will be officiating under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Rod is survived by his mother; Ruth Clements; sister; Jennifer Wallace and husband Emmett; nephews; Shawn Keyser and Shane Ryan; niece, Amanda Smith and husband Theron; great niece, Karly Keyser. Family requests that memorials be made to assist with funeral expenses.
