I took Dr. Martin's class in his first semester at ULM as a professor, which was my last semester as a student - the Spring of '83. To this day, I can remember different businesses and topics we discussed in that class. That is the sign of a great teacher. In more recent years, we had many fun conversations while tailgating. He will be greatly missed.
