Graveside services for Robert Lee Eoff, 87, of Shreveport, LA will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Mulhearn Memorial Park with Rev. Larry S. Hibbard officiating. Services are under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe. Mr. Eoff was born on May 2, 1924 in Central City, Nebraska and passed away on November 17, 2011 in Shreveport, LA. He was a retired heavy equipment project manager for T. L. James and worked on I-20 from Monroe to Shreveport in the 1960's and 1970's. He served in the U. S. Army Air Corps in World War II. He was a member of the Trinity Methodist Church and the Barak Shrine. He was a master woodworker, avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 51 years, Elsie and by his parents, Lee and Addie Eoff. Mr. Eoff is survived by his wife: Helen; daughter: Linda Hall and husband, Bill; son: David Eoff and wife, Catharine; grandchildren: Kimberly Guillot and husband, Harvey, David Eoff, Jr., Paige Childers and husband, Preston, Emily Eoff, and Christopher Eoff; great grandchildren: Lauren Guillot and Hannah Guillot; sisters: Joan Eoff and Janet Prosprie. We would like to give special thanks to the Heritage Manor Stratmore for their excellent care of our father. We thank the staff for their love and concern for us. Also we would like to thank Dr. Robert Hernandez and Dr. Forest Wright. Pallbearers will be: Harvey Guillot, Bill Hall, Preston Childers, Mike Venable, Christopher Eoff and David Eoff, Jr. Visitation will be 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe, LA.
