Funeral services for Richard Marion Driggers, 79, of West Monroe, will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe.  Philip Bedenbender will be officiating.  Interment will follow at Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens, West Monroe under the care and direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes, West Monroe.  A visitation will be held at 10:00 AM until the time of service.

Richard was born on January 11, 1946 in West Monroe and passed away on June 26, 2025. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and retired from Bellsouth after many years of loyal service. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Whit and Gladys Driggers; and siblings, Opal McAdams, Juanita Jackson, Judy Parrott, Ellen Kilgore, Frances Williams and Fred Driggers.

Richard is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Bertis Lynette Driggers; children, Michael Driggers, Terry Driggers and wife Cindy, Traci Tutor and Melinda Driggers; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Geneva Lanzwick and LeNita Faye Manuel; numerous nieces and nephews; along with other extended family and friends.
