Richard was born February 9, 1954 and passed away November 12, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents Wesley Cobb Sr., and Mary Elizabeth (Jewel) Morse Cobb. Richard was an avid outdoorsman and was a member of First Baptist Church in Swartz.
Richard was survived by his brothers Wesley Cobb Jr. and wife Renee, David Cobb and wife Barbara and Robert Cobb and wife Diane; sisters Sharon Case and husband Jimmy and Jan Walker and husband Steve; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Roy Fortenberry.
