Reuben is a good man. I say "is" because he is still living eternally with his Lord and Savour. My dad, Mike Ebarb, had many good times with Reuben. In fact, Reuben told me he had a plaque on his pier that says "Mike's Pier". Thank you, Reuben for the good times. I'm sure Miss Jo is smiling....Jennifer Ebarb Clark.

To The Reubin Simmon's family, I was so sorry to hear of Reubin's passing, I offer my deepest sympathy to his family. Reubin was a good man and a good friend. Reubin and I voluntarily enlisted into the U.S. Navy together in 1945 and went through boot camp together; what wonderful memories. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Sincerely, Wilburn F. Delancey of Delhi, La.

Reubin Simmons always was a great friend and mentor to me when we lived in West Monroe. So enjoyed the duck hunting and his taking me with him whenever he went. Haven't seen him for years but remember him so fondly. May God bless your family.
