Raymond Luther Perdue, 78 of Rogers, AR entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior on December 25, 2018. Mr. Perdue was born on June 8, 1940 in Monroe, LA. He attended schools in Sterlington, LA and Monroe, LA. Mr. Perdue was retired and had been employed by various companies in the natural gas field. He was a member of Bethel Assembly of God in Monroe, LA.Mr. Perdue was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin Paul Perdue and Mattie Marina Armer Perdue; brothers, Billy Perdue, Ernest Perdue, and Jack Perdue. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Myrtis Perdue of Rogers, AR; daughter, Tami Ditta and husband, Robert of Lowell, AR; son, Todd Perdue of West Monroe, LA; sister, Nancy Trim of West Monroe; three grandchildren, Dani Bryan and husband, Kit of Winnsboro, LA, Ryan Ditta and wife, Jenny of Springdale, AR, and Jordan Maxey and husband, Wesley of Nashville, AR; seven great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Tillman, Maddelyn Cruse, Carly Dean, and Case Bryan all of Winnsboro, LA, Gage Maxey and soon to arrive, River Maxey of Nashville, AR and Kate Ditta of Springdale, AR; many cherished nieces, nephews and other family members.Visitation will be Friday, December 28, 2018 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Funeral services for Mr. Perdue will be held at Bethel Assembly of God Church, Monroe, LA on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev, Frank Sellers and Bishop Bennie E. Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, Monroe, LA.Pallbearers will be Todd Perdue, Scott Certain, Scott Hart, Jerry Hart, Paul Crain, and Joel Evans.The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff of Bradford House, Bentonville, AR for the care and security of Mr. Perdue.
