A celebration of life service for Patricia Ann Reeder Copeland will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm and the service beginning at 2:00pm in the sanctuary of Grace Methodist Church in Ruston LA.
Patricia was born July 12, 1941, in Baltimore Maryland to Loy Inez Phillips and Woodrow Wilson Reeder Sr. She left her beautiful life here on April 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and is now rejoicing with our Lord.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Woodrow (Woody) Wilson Reeder Jr. and Leo Eugene Reeder, husband Bobby Kelley Copeland, daughter Kelly Renee Copeland, and grand daughter Mollie Anne Kolb.
Those left to cherish and to hold in their hearts her impact on their life are her daughter Dana Michele Copeland Kolb and husband Michael. Grand children Michael Lee Kolb Jr., Amanda Renee Cockrell and husband Coy, Meagan Lynn Kolb, Jessica Anne Bowers and husband John, Mallory Loy DeMers and husband Patrick, Tyler Stephen Farris and wife Ciara, Meredith Lois Kolb and fiancé’ Bolton Warren, Emily Michele Wyles and husband Ben and Bethany Danielle Kolb. Sister-in-law Judy Reeder, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and great grand children.
Patricia, known as “Pat” to most, was one of the most caring and nurturing souls God has placed on this earth. She exuded wellness and wanted nothing but comfort and happiness to anyone that knew her. She graduated La. Tech with a master’s degree in English and used this education to its fullest. She was well known for her quality and attention to detail while operating Pats Interiors, her wallpaper and painting contractor business for many years. All this before she eventually turned to her passion of massage therapy. She grew her second business, The Wellness Center of Lincoln Parish into the place one could seek relief and wisdom from various skeletal and muscular issues and challenges. She will be remembered by many satisfied clients and family members as a wealth of knowledge and compassion when seeking relief from pain. She dedicated her life to this mission all the way to the end. This world has lost one of the great ones. Someone whose impact will be felt and remembered for many years to come.
“We will miss you Pat (Nanna)”
