Services for Mrs. Pat Gilmore, 81 will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church in Farmerville. Visitation will be held at 12:30 until time of service. Officiating the service will be Rev. Kurt Auger. Burial will follow in the City Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville. She was born on November 16, 1936 in Amity, Arkansas, and passed away early Tuesday morning from Alzheimer disease. She was born to Steve and Vera Taylor and was the oldest of two sisters, and one brother. After graduating from Amity High School, she moved to Little Rock where she met the love of her life, Casey Morris Gilmore in 1957. They moved to Farmerville, LA, where she worked at the Farmerville Bank (currently Origin Bank) for 45 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church where she taught pre-school Sunday school for over 50 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, and her son Monty, and devoted husband Morris of 55 years.She is survived by her daughter Cheryl Gilmore Huey and son-in-law Keith, granddaughters are Kara and Rob Perodeau, Krista and Robert Thomas, grandson Taylor Huey, great-grandchildren Kylee, Tyner and Bridger Perodeau, Rhett and Ella Thomas; her best friend Mary Calcote, and families through love, Peggy Rogers, Judd, Tate, and Thad Allen, Sheila and Keith Ginn.
