Services celebrating the life of Paige Maroney Jones will be held at 10 AM Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at First Baptist Church in Marion, LA. Officiating the service will be her pastor, Bro. Bubba Hoggatt. Graveside services will be held at Roark Cemetery in Marion, LA. The family will receive friends at First Baptist Church in Marion, LA on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 from 5 PM to 8 PM.Paige passed away from earth to her heavenly home on March 23, 2014 after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was 29 years old. She was born on September 6, 1984 to her parents, Buddy and Sue Maroney. As their only child, she was very much adored. She is a graduate of Marion High School and South Arkansas Community College and received a degree of Physical Therapist Assistant. She married the love of her life, Andy, on November 24, 2010 and they began to build a precious life together. Paige was a loving mother to Taylor, Anna and Drew. She was a passionate physical therapist assistant and always expressed compassion for each patient she met. Being a loving daughter, wife, mother, and friend was what she felt to be her lifelong calling and she was very devoted to all. Paige had many hobbies. She enjoyed spending time with Andy and the kids, shopping with her mom and friends, beach days, eating extra-long cheese conies and Sonic blasts, advocating for a cure for breast cancer, and hanging out with her work family. She loved sitting on her back porch with Andy, the kids and her parents cooking up something good and watching the kids play as well as loved to listen to her daddy play in his band. She was a selfless person, always putting others before herself. She always had a good shoulder to lean on. Her family and friends were what made Paige's world spin. Her strength and courage shown during her battle with cancer was a true inspiration to the entire community. She was a true fighter who always held her head high and never led on that she was going through anything tough. To know her was to love her. As a faithful and devoted Christian woman and a member of First Baptist Church in Marion she had a true heart of gold and a compassionate love for The Lord. As Christian family and friends we can rest easy that we will see Paige again one day. We will cherish her memory in our hearts forever. Paige is preceded in death by her grandfather, Tommy Baker, Grandmother, Dorothy Jean Maroney, and Uncles Robert and Buzz Baker. She is survived by her loving husband Andy Jones, children, Taylor Mae Bryant, Anna Claire Jones, and Drew Jones. Parents, Buddy and Sue Maroney; Grandparents, Audrey Baker and Harry and Dina Maroney; Aunts and Uncles, Jeff Maroney, Tom Baker, Roger and wife Dee Baker, and George and wife Becky Baker; Father and Mother in Law, Larry and Carol Jones; Sister in Law and Husband, Ashlea and Scott Hill; neices Caroline and Cara Beth Hill and nephews Collin and Carter Hill. She also leaves behind a host of beloved cousins and dear friends. Serving as pallbearers will be: Jeff Maroney, Chad Green, Jeffrey Kirkland, Ryan Futch, Jereme Johnson, and Chris Snell. Honorary Pallbearers will be her work family from Union General Hospital Therapy Department and Legacy Rehab. In lieu of the flowers family requests memorial contributions be made to Susan G.
