Funeral services for Nathan Copeland, 82, of West Monroe will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, September 25, 2019 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Rev. Zach Anderson and Rev. Ben Petrella will officiate. Interment will follow at Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens West Monroe. Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 24, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Nathan was born September 23, 1936 in Eros, LA and passed away September 22, 2019 in West Monroe. He was preceded in death by his wife and mother of his children, Marie Copeland; parents, Dock and Lucille Copeland; brothers, Denver Copeland and Billy Copeland; grandson, Cody Allen Copeland; step-daughter, Tina Bailey. Nathan was an Electrician and a member of IBEW Local 446.Nathan is survived by his wife Doris Copeland; daughter, Julie and husband Roger LaFleur; son, Dock and wife Mandy Copeland; daughter, Peggy and husband Bobby Moffett; daughter, Kathy and husband Eddie Jimenez; daughter, Priscilla and husband Jesse Smith; son, Chuck and wife Amy Copeland; son, Nathan Owen Copeland; step-son, Joey and wife Heather Cowan; step-son-in-law, Walter Bailey; sister Loretha and husband Charles Estes; brother Luther and wife Lisa Copeland; 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchild.Pallbearers will be Robert Moffett, Neil Moffett, John Michael Copeland, Dalton Copeland, Dustin Brown, James Smith and Jared Copeland.Honorary pallbearers W.J.
