Inez was born November 16, 1936, in Ruston, Louisiana, and entered her heavenly home on June 27, 2025, in Farmerville, Louisiana.
Inez is preceded in death by her parents, Washington L. (Bud) Frasier and Laura Beatrice Sharp Frasier; husband, George Edward Griffin; sisters, Annie Frasier Larance Couch, Betty June Frasier Wade; brothers, Ronald Frasier, W. L. Frasier, Kenneth Frasier; daughters-in-law, Jennifer Chandler Griffin and Lorie Netherland Griffin.
Inez is survived by her sons, Dr. Edward Griffin (Jenny), Shane Griffin; grandchildren, Selena L. Griffen Himel (Bart), Megan Griffin Kilb ( Drew), Prentice Griffin (Rachel), Garrick Griffin (Kelsey); step-grandchildren, Justin Caviness (Melissa), Ashley Maxwell(Jeff); great-grandchildren, Gabby Himel, Avery Himel, Porter Kilb, Silas Kilb; step-great grandchildren, Leah Baker, Luke Maxwell, Levie Maxwell, Jack Caviness, Jace Caviness, Lillie Caviness; special nieces, Teresa Bowen, Karen Willams, Kathy Cranford, Lyn Lee, Rosemary Rogers, Jayne Kemp, Gloria Frasier; special nephews, Steven Wade, J. N. Williams, Perry Lee, Gordon Frasier, Robert Frasier, and Roger Larance. She loved and was loved by many other family members, friends, and her church family. Her love cannot be measured in words it was felt deep in the hearts and souls of those who knew and loved her.
Inez was known as Mrs. Inez at the bank. Not only did she work at Farmerville Bank, later known as First United Bank, but she also became a Vice President. She retired from banking after a 42-year career of dedicated service.
Above all, Inez Loved the Lord. She was an active member at her church, Culbertson Baptist Church. If you knew Inez, you either knew the Lord or you were at least going to hear of the Lord. She served a life of sharing the gospel, however, and to whomever. Her last wish is for everyone to hear the Gospel of Jesus and share His love with others.
